Clarissa Mei recently released her sophomore single ‘Point of View’ and after a successful launch night hosted by us here at The Western last Saturday night we are so stoked to be premiering the OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO right here RIGHT NOW!!!

This was Clarissa’s first ever music video, but in collaboration with friends, she fits the scene with ease. “I felt really at home on set as the guys [who filmed and directed] basically just raided my house and took whatever we could work with”.

The song is extremely raw and honest, and the video really seems to capture Mei’s feelings- the whole concept is enough to give you goosebumps. The purple low lit lighting and the hazy atmosphere really set the scene as the frames flick from Mei playing live, to her usual home environment, and back. This clip is so genuine yet is so entrancing. Suits the song so perfectly.

Clarissa is queen of the mic and queen of looking swarve while driving a vintage car.

See it for yourself.
